Sous Chef 

Doylestown Country Club, the premier private club in Bucks County, is looking to add a sous chef to our successful and thriving culinary department. The salary range is $50k to $60k.
The sous chef position is integral to the success of the kitchen and the club, driving and upholding the standards and expectations of executive chef, Giuseppe Napoli.

Line/Banquet Cook 

We are also seeking a full-time experienced line and banquet cook. Salary range starts at $15-$20/hour.
We operate a busy kitchen and are looking for an engaging and experienced line/banquet cook to prepare food to the executive chef’s exact specifications and to set up stations for our menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our members’ satisfaction in the daily preparation of lunch and/or dinner, and for member events and banquets.

Training is continuous, and knowledge of our seasonal menu items, service standards, and attention to detail is expected.

Doylestown Country Club is open for lunch and dinner 6 days a week with the last meals leaving the kitchen by 9pm. and the compensation package includes paid time off, health insurance that is heavily employer-funded, and a 401(k) program with employer-matched funds. Our unique Clubhouse facilities are also capable of hosting a variety of special events, allowing for many types of fare. Weekend availability is a must.

Server Assistant 

The Server Assistant/Busser works as member of the Front of House team, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room of our restaurant. The Server Assistant/Busser may also be required to assist in running food and beverages to our members and guests, and helping out other Front of House Team Members with assisting our member's needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist servers in creating a personalized experience for every member
• Clean and reset tables
• Ensure proper table and station appearance
• Ensure floors and chairs surrounding tables and/or the bar are clean
• Stock and maintain clean glassware, silverware, and dishware
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster area
• Assist servers when needed
